Compliance & Regulation: Communicate essential age-verification protocols and regional regulatory information with professional precision. Problem Resolution: Manage service-related concerns, including delivery tracking and product quality inquiries, ensuring high levels of brand loyalty and satisfaction. Requirements Language: Native or C2-level Spanish and professional proficiency in English. Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece). Professionalism: A refined, patient, and service-oriented communication style.
