Head of Finance – (iGaming & Sports Betting)

A high-growth iGaming and Sports Betting operator is building a next-generation finance function in Cape Town and is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead financial strategy, governance, and performance across a multi-jurisdictional operation. This is a pivotal executive leadership role for a commercially sharp finance professional who understands fast-scaling digital businesses, regulated environments, and the pace of the online betting industry. You will act as the strategic financial partner to the executive team, ensuring the organisation is positioned for sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and regulatory excellence. The Opportunity As Head of Finance, you will take full ownership of the finance function, leading financial planning, reporting, compliance, treasury, and commercial performance analysis. You will play a central role in shaping business strategy, driving profitability, and ensuring robust financial controls across sportsbook, casino, and supporting operational divisions.
