About the Role: Xperience Xscape Travels is looking for a Client Services Specialist to support travelers from planning to trip completion. Youll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience every step of the way. What Youll Do: Respond to client questions via email, phone, and chat quickly and professionally. Manage itinerary updates, travel changes, and special requests. Provide accurate destination information and travel guidance. Follow up post-trip to confirm satisfaction and collect feedback. Resolve issues with empathy and problem-solving skills. Who Were Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
