Business Development Manager (FMCG | Logistics)

Office location: Alabang, Muntinlupa Work setup: Full onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift Role Overview: The Business Development Manager will lead the acquisition and growth of national key accounts, primarily in the FMCG sector. This role requires a strategic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in sales, key account management, and business development, preferably within logistics or FMCG industries. The BDM will drive new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the companys revenue growth. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in business development , sales, key account management role. Must have experience working within the logistics or FMCG industries. With at least 3 years of people management or leadership experience. Proven track record in acquiring and managing national accounts, preferably handling FMCG clients. Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to identify market opportunities, develop client-focused strategies, and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and acquire new national clients, focusing on FMCG and logistics sectors. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies. Track business development performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management. Mentor and guide junior sales or account executives to strengthen the teams overall performance.
