Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Russian , providing accurate information and support. Assist customers with questions about products, services, and accounts. Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and ensure high-quality service. Requirements: Fluency in Russian (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Basic proficiency in English is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and grow within a customer support role.
