Relocation Support- Junior German Speaking Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering prompt and professional responses. Assist customers with product-related questions, order issues, and technical troubleshooting. Escalate more complex issues to the relevant teams when needed. Strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective solutions. Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Requirements Fluency in German (C2 level) with strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher). Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Willingness to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays. No previous experience required – entry-level applicants are encouraged . Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
