Loan / Credit Officer - GUJ

Job Description: Successfully identify new prospective customers & generate quality loans. Plan & visit potential clients on a regular basis. Credit risk assessment & documentation of loan applicants. Site visits and follow-ups for recovery & delayed instalments. Address customers' queries & seek ways to improve performance & productivity. Establish strong relationships with current & potential clients. Mobilise and create awareness to attract potential clients for loan products and services. Essential Technical Skills: Credit evaluation Loan documentation Financial analysis Risk management Proficiency in loan management systems Market awareness & industry knowledge Portfolio monitoring & recovery strategies Qualification & Experience : Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Sales /undergraduate degree can also be considered. 2-3 years of experience as a Loan/Credit Officer in Banking and Non-Banking Financial Institutions.
