What the role will entail Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and services Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new bank customers, and maximize existing customers' share of wallet Mentor and coach the branch sales team, Relationship Officers (RO), Sales Associates, and New Accounts Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationships Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business course Can Speak Fookien Equivalent experience in the banking industry is required Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets What you can expect from joining our team Career development and training opportunities Competitive salary package and benefits Performance-based incentives and recognition programs to reward high-performing individuals Sign-on Bonus (SOB) subject to eligibility Opportunity to work with industry experts and be mentored by them Defined career progression paths to guide you in your professional growth
