Responsibilities System Diagnostics: Provide comprehensive technical support for Italian-speaking users, troubleshooting operating systems, software installations, and network connectivity issues. Problem Analysis: Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems using internal diagnostic tools and database resources. Tiered Support: Handle initial escalations and coordinate with senior engineering teams to ensure minimal downtime for enterprise and consumer clients. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical logs and contribute to the expansion of our Italian-language knowledge base and FAQ resources. Requirements Native or C2-level Italian and professional proficiency in English. Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece). Proven experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a similar analytical role. Strong familiarity with modern OS environments (Windows/macOS), networking protocols, and hardware architecture.
