Social Media Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client , a fast growing hospitality group behind some of Malta’s most recognised and award listed dining destinations. With major international concepts launching in 2026, this is an exciting opportunity to join a brand shaping the future of Malta’s dining and lifestyle scene. They are now seeking a creative and commercially minded Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of premium restaurants and lifestyle venues. The Role You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue through strategic and visually compelling social media activity, with a strong focus on seasonal activations and events. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Management • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with revenue targets and events • Manage daily activity across Instagram and Facebook • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual identity • Identify and apply relevant hospitality and lifestyle trends Content Creation & Design • Produce short form video content including Reels and TikTok • Design menus, event visuals, and promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Suite • Edit and optimise content for platform performance • Coordinate professional photo and video shoots when required Performance & Reporting • Monitor analytics including engagement, reach, and booking impact • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations • Adjust strategy based on data and audience behaviour Influencer & Community Management • Identify and manage influencer collaborations • Coordinate hosted visits and partnerships • Engage with the online community and reshare user generated content What We Are Looking For • Proven experience in social media management, ideally within hospitality or lifestyle • Strong photography and short form video skills • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Suite • Solid understanding of Instagram and TikTok best practices • Strong visual and aesthetic awareness aligned with premium brands • Ability to write engaging captions and promotional copy • Knowledge of analytics tools and Meta Business Suite • Flexibility to capture content during evenings or weekends when required What Is On Offer • Opportunity to shape the digital voice of leading hospitality concepts • Creative freedom within a premium lifestyle environment • Strong career growth potential • Dynamic and ambitious team culture Ready to Bring Hospitality Brands to Life Online?
