Warper Operator

We are looking to hire a Warper to work the 2nd shift in the Burlington, NC, area. Shift: 2nd, 3pm-11pm Location: Burlington, NC Pay Rate: $15-$18/hour DOE Responsibilities: Operates, based on work orders and specifications, all equipment related to the warping process Loading Creels, Warper Setup, & Beam Setup Hang rolls of yarn on the racks Run each strand of yarn to the warper machine Set the warper, keeping a close eye on the yarn being spun to ensure of no issues Reload yarn Help maintain warp room in full production when others are out sick or on vacation Complete variety of calculations to determine required input and output of materials Perform required preventive maintenance tasks as needed Raise and contribute to resolution of quality issues Maintain a safe and orderly work area at all times Keep all equipment and work areas clean and well maintained Work in a manner that promotes a safe environment and deal with unsafe issues immediately Other duties as assigned, including cross training within the department and other areas of the plant Requirements: Interview & Resume High Attention to Detail Dependable, effective team player willing to cross train and take on new duties Excellent attention to detail and safety Must commit to the assigned work schedule and work overtime as required Moving, bending, pushing and lifting capability up to 60lbs Must adhere to safety requirements including the use of personal protective equipment Interested?
