CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from clients and provide them with information regarding our services and properties - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients - Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide them with updates on their inquiries or requests - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow - Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to clients - Meet and exceed set performance targets and goals - Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for clients Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed We offer competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
