Conversational Agent AI Platform Engineer This is your mission Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Conversational Agents and Cloud-native platforms ? Then this position is for you. As a Conversational Agent AI Platform Engineer , you will be responsible for the development, evolution and support of a Conversational AI Platform (CAP) and associated AI use cases within our ecosystem. You will join a dynamic Data & AI squad working in Agile mode on industrial, scalable and secure cloud-native solutions supporting international deployments. Build side: You will contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the Conversational AI Platform and its use cases: Develop and enhance conversational AI use cases (RAG-based solutions, bot integrations, APIs) Design and implement data pipelines (document ingestion, data processing, orchestration) Contribute to API design and management (contract-first approach, API lifecycle management) Develop and maintain integrations with vector databases (e.g., Elasticsearch) and AI services Contribute to cloud-native architecture (containerization, orchestration, CI/CD pipelines) Support onboarding of new countries and new use cases (environment setup, technical guidance) Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical roadmap discussions Run side: You will ensure stability, scalability and continuous improvement of the platform: Provide application production support and incident follow-up for conversational bots Monitor platform health, performance and security vulnerabilities Troubleshoot complex technical issues in distributed and secure cloud environments Contribute to vulnerability remediation at application, dependency and infrastructure levels Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, AIOps, Data, QA and Security teams for seamless integration Identify and manage technical debt, proposing and implementing improvement plans Draft and maintain onboarding playbooks to accelerate deployment of new use cases Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices and internal standards This is your background You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding DevOps or application production support environments . You enjoy working on AI-driven and cloud-native solutions , and you are constantly innovating. This is your expertise: Strong proficiency in Python and good knowledge of JavaScript Solid experience with Web Services and API Management (contract-first specification, API lifecycle) Experience in Data & AI pipelines (document ingestion for RAG, data processing, AI model orchestration, event-driven architectures) Process orchestration using Airflow Experience with Elasticsearch (data preparation, vector databases, RAG use cases) Proven experience with Cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) Experience with DevOps & CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD) Knowledge of Agile methodologies Strong cybersecurity awareness and best practices (Nice to have) Microservices architecture, scripting (Shell), automation practices This is how you work as part of a team: Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset Ability to work in international and distributed environments Attention to detail and rigor Proactive problem-solving approach Adaptability and ability to manage change Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions This is our commitment At Consort Group, you are an expert who we support so that every assignment becomes a step that counts.
