Tasks We are building a growing RPO activity for demanding clients (tech, biotech, scale-ups). We are looking for a strong Talent Sourcer who can structure complex searches, move fast, and deliver clean candidate shortlists. Your Role Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter + AI & Automated tools Building search strategies from sometimes imperfect briefs Writing complex Boolean strings Identifying “hidden” or non-obvious job titles Quickly analyzing candidate profiles Personalized outreach + follow-ups Light pre-qualification (big plus) 3–4 roles in parallel (tech/biotech/corporate mix). No client-facing responsibilities. No politics. Pure build and performance.
