Position Overview We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will interact with clients to provide travel-related support, coordinate bookings, address service concerns, and ensure a positive and engaging customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and building strong client relationships in a remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required — training and ongoing support are provided.
