The team is building scalable and maintainable enterprise‑grade solutions used in precision cancer medicine. What You Will Do As a Full Stack Developer, you will take a key role in designing and developing custom web applications end‑to‑end. You will contribute to backend and frontend development, API design, data integrations, and cloud architecture. You will work closely with biologists, data scientists, and product teams in a highly collaborative environment focused on clean architecture, documentation, and maintainability. Developing full‑stack features using Python (FastAPI) and React Designing and building integrations for large‑scale data workflows Working with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud infrastructure (GCP) Contributing to early prototyping and architecture discussions Ensuring code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and data/API assumptions You might be the perfect match if you are/have: 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in an agile environment Strong experience with Python 3.9+ and cloud‑based application development Experience with FastAPI or Django Proficiency in J avaScript/TypeScript and React Hands-on experience with database technologies such as Postgres, Snowflake or Oracle Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices Understanding of cloud services ( GCP or AWS equivalents) Ownership mindset, proactive approach, strong communication skills Experience collaborating with stakeholders in cross‑functional teams Located in Czechia, Slovakia or Hungary Fluency in English (spoken and written) Nice to have: Experience with data‑intensive or scientific applications Understanding of basic data visualization principles or scientific libraries (plotly, matplotlib, etc.) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Assignment Details Start date: April 2026 Workload: full-time Location: Czechia, Slovakia or Hugary (remote within these countries only - please note, that candidates outside of these countries will be not considered) B2B contract Salary: 5.700-8.000 CZK/MD (250-325 € ) Client: global US‑based life‑science company Recruitment process: Screening Call A 30‑minute introductory Teams video call with our recruiter, Nikola Otáhalová .
