Private Clients & Immigration Executive

Our client, a Tax & Legal practice provides financial services and international business sectors, are looking to recruit a Private Clients & Immigration Executive . Must have a solid background in corporate administration, or immigration support. This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €35K , plus a comprehensive benefits package Role & Responsibilities Assist High Network Worth Individual (HNWI) with the relocating process though a range of immigration and residency programmes Assess documentation, prepare and coordinate immigration applications by completing the application forms, organising documentation and assist client by scheduling meetings and notary appointments Coordinate with third-party service providers such as insurance and translation agencies, and collaborate with the transportation service provider to assist clients Plan and manage the itineraries of the clients that are visiting Malta, by coordinating the logistics, cultural and recreation programs when needed. Respond to customer calls and address any questions throughout the process Monitor and proactively follow up on applications throughout the hiring process Prepare all administration paperwork for clients and submit post-approval compliance documentation and renewals Education, Skills & Experience Tertiary level of education Proven experience in corporate administration or immigration support in Malta - non-negotiable Fluency in English at a C2/Native level, both written and spoken Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactively and able to manage multiple tasks Owe the problem and commit to get the job done to a high standard, with the ability to meet deadlines About the Role Salary up to €35K plus performance bonuses, and regular appraisals Hybrid with flexible hours (three days in office and two days remotely) Breakfast, coffee, and fruit at the office Health Insurance Health and Wellness Allowance Free Parking Opportunities for career growth Apply with your detailed CV, please. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
