Safety Coordinator – Manufacturing (2nd Shift) Location: Ponca City, OK Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM–12:00 AM (M–F + OT) Salary: $60,000–$75,000 base + up to 14% bonus Were hiring a Safety Coordinator to partner with plant leadership and drive a proactive safety culture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on hazard prevention, OSHA compliance, safety training, and incident investigations to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities Partner with plant leadership to promote a proactive, prevention-focused safety culture Assist the Safety Manager with implementing and maintaining OSHA, EHS, and regulatory compliance programs Lead incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis , and corrective action tracking Develop and deliver monthly safety training and specialized safety programs Conduct routine safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments Review and improve work practices to reduce safety risks Required Qualifications 2+ years of safety experience in manufacturing (assembly, machine shop, industrial, or food manufacturing) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (highly preferred) Experience delivering safety training and supporting incident investigations Ability to work independently, multitask, and make sound safety decisions Comfortable working in loud, hot/cold, refrigerated, and industrial environments Preferred Qualifications Food manufacturing experience CSP, CIH, or CPE certification Prior supervisory experience in high-volume manufacturing Why Work Here Strong benefits package Annual bonus potential Growth and advancement opportunities Fast hiring process with quick feedback Additional Details Must be willing to work 2nd shift and weekends as needed Relocation assistance may be available (case-by-case) Visa sponsorship is considered for highly qualified candidates ASAP hire
