In this role, you will ensure proper setup and user training for cash management products, providing technical support to internal and external clients to address their needs while maintaining consistency and competency of CMS products. Additionally, you will establish and nurture rapport with clients for long-term business relationships, providing key support services such as client meetings, trainings, and production support, and participating in client-facing aspects of new account implementation and development as required.
