Digital Platform Policy Support Specialist – Dutch Speaker Location: LACS Santos, Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Start Date: 2 March 2026 Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday–Saturday (08:00–20:00) About the Role We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Digital Platform Policy Support Specialist to join our on-site Customer Support & Trust & Safety team. In this role, you will support users and platform partners by reviewing policy-related cases, assisting with account and content inquiries, and ensuring that community and platform standards are consistently applied. You will act as a key point of contact between users and the platform, contributing to a safe, compliant, and high-quality digital environment. No prior experience is required — comprehensive training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Review and manage policy-related cases and user support requests Assist users with account, content, and platform-related inquiries Apply internal policies and guidelines to moderation and support decisions Escalate complex or sensitive cases to internal specialist teams when necessary Provide high-quality support via digital communication channels Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in case handling Contribute to maintaining a safe and trusted online ecosystem Requirements Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) Good English communication skills Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making abilities Comfortable working with potentially sensitive online content Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset Previous experience is a plus but not required Compensation Base salary (no experience): €14,000 gross/year Possible signing bonus: €2,000 – €2,500 Benefits Language premium: €3,240 annually Meal allowance: €7.63 per workday (meal card) Transportation allowance: €720 per year Performance bonus: 5% of annual base salary Health & life insurance (family coverage included) Permanent contract (180-day probation period) Relocation Support For candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal: €2,500 relocation bonus (paid in the first payroll cycle) €1,500 gross relocation support for candidates relocating within Portugal (100km+ from Lisbon) Assistance with accommodation search based on your preferences
