Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airline Ticketing Process/ Ground Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel needs, including booking flights, processing payments, and providing information about travel policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in process for passengers and providing assistance to customers with special needs. Responsibilities: - Assist customers with booking airline tickets, hotel reservations, and car rentals - Process payments and issue tickets to customers - Provide information about travel policies and procedures - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise - Ensure a smooth check-in process for passengers - Assist customers with special needs, such as wheelchair assistance or unaccompanied minors - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in airline policies Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of airline ticketing systems and procedures - Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and GDS systems - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Must be able to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience and professionalism - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours will be based on a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a background check and drug screening.
