Key Account Manager (Oncology)

A rapidly growing global biotechnology company focused on developing innovative cancer therapies is expanding its presence in Poland. The organization specializes in advanced oncology and hematology treatments and collaborates closely with medical experts and healthcare institutions to improve patient outcomes. As the company builds its local structure, it is looking for experienced professionals who want to play an active role in bringing innovative therapies to patients. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (Oncology) who will be responsible for implementing the commercial strategy within the assigned territory and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hospital environment. The role focuses on collaboration with oncologists, hospital pharmacists, key opinion leaders, and hospital administration, as well as supporting activities related to Drug Programs and hospital tender procedures . The successful candidate will play an important role in increasing product awareness and supporting access to innovative oncology treatments. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with oncologists, hospital pharmacists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the oncology field Increase awareness of the company and its innovative oncology therapies Implement the commercial and engagement strategy within the assigned territory Support activities related to Drug Programs and hospital procurement processes Participate in and organize regional and national scientific meetings, workshops, and symposia Provide scientific information and product knowledge to healthcare professionals Identify and develop key accounts and oncology centers within the territory Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and stakeholder needs Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations Requirements University degree (MSc or equivalent), preferably in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in the innovative pharmaceutical industry Proven experience as Key Account Manager within oncology (hematology is a strong advantage) Practical knowledge of Drug Programs and hospital market access processes Experience supporting tender procedures within hospital settings Strong network within oncology centers and hospitals Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-growing environment Fluent English Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approximately 60% field activity ) What We Offer Opportunity to join a growing international biotechnology company at an early stage in Poland A meaningful role contributing to improving patient access to innovative oncology treatments Dynamic and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional development and long-term career growth If you are passionate about oncology and want to contribute to bringing innovative therapies to patients, we would be happy to hear from you.
