Spotter – Night Shift Location 30729 Lyon Center Dr E New Hudson, MI 48165 Project Status Reopened Position Overview We are seeking 1 Lift Spotter to support technicians working at heights and operating lifts during a night shift project. The Spotter will be responsible for monitoring lift activity, ensuring safe operations, and assisting with additional site tasks as required. This role requires strong situational awareness, reliability, and strict adherence to safety standards. Project Details Start Date: ASAP Duration: 8 Weeks Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift) Pay Rate: $15–$18 per hour Travel/Per Diem: Not available Scope of Work (SOW) Act as a safety spotter for technicians operating lifts. Monitor surroundings to ensure safe lift operation and hazard prevention. Communicate clearly with lift operators and crew members. Assist with additional site-related duties as needed. Maintain compliance with all safety and site requirements. Requirements Ability to work night shifts (9PM–6AM). Strong attention to safety and detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
