Location: Remote Remote: 100% Assignment Period: 02 Mar 2026 – 31 May 2026 Application Deadline: 27 Feb 2026 Language: German and English Workload: Part-time Assignment Description We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to provide architectural guidance and implement ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients. The role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to design scalable, maintainable, and best-practice-aligned solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules. You will provide technical leadership, mentor implementation teams, and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Job Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules. Collaborate with German-speaking clients to gather business and technical requirements. Ensure all solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks. Guide development teams, conduct architecture reviews, and provide performance optimization recommendations. Act as a trusted advisor, presenting technical solutions and recommendations to clients and internal teams. Participate in risk assessments and integration planning for complex environments. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect in enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules and integrations. Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, CTA). Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure workflows. Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+). Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
