The Role The caretaker will be responsible for the general upkeep of the school buildings and grounds. This includes reactive maintenance, such as fixing door handles, as well as planned preventative work. The role also involves monitoring cleaning standards and ensuring supplies are well-stocked. During holidays, the caretaker oversees renovation projects and deep-cleaning schedules. Requirements Approach: A "can-do" attitude and a friendly, approachable manner. Reliability: Exceptional time-keeping skills for the daily opening of the school. Compliance: The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
