General Chef- KSA Based

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and reliable General Chef to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. The General Chef must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and follow food safety and hygiene regulations in accordance with KSA standards. All nationalities are welcome to apply. Saudi residency is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to approved recipes and kitchen standards. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all food items. Assist in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Follow proper food handling, storage, and preparation procedures. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations. Monitor ingredient usage, control food waste, and support inventory management. Ensure kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations are clean and well maintained. Support senior chefs and kitchen team during peak hours and busy service periods. Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor. Assist with special menus, events, and bulk food preparation when required. Required Qualifications & Experience Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory. Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a General Chef or in a similar kitchen role. Good knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
