UI/UX Designer

Position Purpose: Seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer focused on crafting modern user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate excels in intuitive dashboard, web, and app design, leveraging AI to accelerate workflows, and showcases a strong portfolio across products. Responsible for creating social media designs and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful user experiences and project success. Education & Professional Qualification: Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Relevant Field of design and development Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus Experience: 3+ years proven work experience in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Experience designing dashboards, SaaS platforms, websites, and mobile applications. Working knowledge of any video editing tools is a plus. Responsibilities: Design user-centric digital experiences aligned with modern UI/UX standards and best practices . Create intuitive dashboards, web interfaces, and mobile app designs with seamless user flows. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly communicate functionality and interactions. Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining a cohesive design system and visual language. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and improve design decisions. Iterate designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and performance insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, marketers) to deliver effective solutions. Create engaging, high-quality social media post designs that are visually compelling and tailored for different platforms. Create vector illustrations and 2D assets tailored to product and marketing needs. Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver innovative outputs. AI-Driven Workflow: Actively leverage AI tools to streamline design workflows, reducing turnaround time from days to hours. Use AI for rapid ideation, wireframing, content generation, asset creation, and design optimization. Continuously explore and integrate new AI tools to improve efficiency and creative output. Additional Expectations: Strong attention to detail with a focus on usability and performance. Ability to make informed decisions on visual direction, including stock imagery and assets. Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver high-quality work under timelines.
