Technical Product Owner

We are currently looking for a highly experienced Technical Product Owner for a strategically important assignment within a modern, product-driven organisation. This is not a traditional Product Owner role. We are specifically searching for someone with strong technical depth and architectural experience who can confidently evaluate, challenge, and shape technical solutions. 🚀 About the Role As a Technical Product Owner, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy and engineering execution. You will play a key role in shaping technical direction, evaluating solution alternatives, and ensuring long-term sustainability of the product landscape. You will: Own and drive the product vision from both a technical and strategic perspective Evaluate and compare architectural and technical approaches Lead discussions around system design and technology choices Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams Contribute to roadmap planning with a long-term technical mindset Ensure scalable, maintainable, and future-proof solutions 🔎 Required Qualifications Strong technical background (e.g., former Software Developer) Experience working as a Tech Lead and/or Software Architect Ability to confidently argue for and defend technical decisions Strategic and architectural understanding beyond backlog management Experience working in agile product organizations Strong stakeholder management skills Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) – mandatory Fluent English ⭐ Highly Meritorious Experience working with CMS and content management solutions Experience evaluating tools and technical platforms Experience working with both: Off-the-shelf solutions Bespoke / custom-built systems Experience in technical vendor assessments and tool comparisons 💡 Who You Are Technically credible and respected by engineering teams Strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented Comfortable leading technical discussions at senior levels Structured, proactive, and confident in complex environments
