We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a Teacher of Drama & English to join an ambitious and friendly secondary school in East Finchley. This role transitions into a formal maternity cover from April 2026. About the Role Join a school where visitors consistently comment on the welcoming and happy atmosphere. The Transition: Start February Half Term (4 days/week) to settle in. If successful, a maternity cover will be offered from April (3 days/week). The Split: Drama (KS4) and English (KS3). The Schedule: 4 days (Tue-Fri) until April, then 3 days per week. About the School A coeducational, non-selective school where high expectations are the norm. Requirements QTS/QTLS and relevant secondary teaching experience. Ability to hit the ground running for a February Half Term start. Must have the right to work in the UK. Salary and Benefits Daily Rate: Daily rate is paid based on experience and school discretion.
