Telemarketing Executive (SME Loan Appointment Setter) - Mandarin Speaker WFH

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to conduct outbound calls to SME business owners to introduce our SME financing solutions. The role focuses on securing appointments for our Financial Consultants and assisting in collecting required documents for loan application processing. No fieldwork required. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to SME business owners daily Introduce SME loan / financing solutions clearly and confidently Identify potential business financing needs Secure appointments for Financial Consultants Follow up with prospects via phone / WhatsApp / email Guide clients on required loan documents (NOA, bank statements, financials statements, etc.) Collect and ensure completeness of documents before submission Update CRM accurately Achieve daily, weekly and monthly appointment targets Requirements Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field Experience in telemarketing, sales, banking, or financial products is an advantage minimum 2 years Experience calling SME / B2B clients preferred Strong communication and persuasion skills Target-driven and resilient (comfortable handling rejection) Able to work independently with minimal supervision Basic knowledge of SME loans / banking products is a plus Working Conditions Remote-based role (no field visits required) Training provided on SME financing products
