SAP S/4HANA DMS Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA DMS Consultant to join a large-scale ERP migration program toward S/4HANA. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical and highly secure environment within a complex SAP landscape. This assignment requires a consultant who combines deep SAP DMS expertise with strong configuration, integration, and stakeholder management skills. 🚀 Your Mission You will play a key role in implementing and configuring the SAP S/4HANA Document Management System (DMS), ensuring a smooth migration and integration with core SAP modules. You will: Lead business requirement gathering and create functional specifications Configure and customize SAP DMS in S/4HANA Set up document structures, metadata, workflows, and enterprise search Integrate DMS with core modules such as MM, QM, and PM Manage testing, documentation, and deployment Train key users and support adoption Ensure compliance with IT security standards 🔎 We Are Looking For Someone With Proven experience implementing SAP DMS in S/4HANA environments Strong hands-on configuration and integration experience Solid knowledge of: Document structures and version management Document search and distribution Workflow configuration SAP Content Server and Knowledge Management Enterprise search and metadata setup Experience integrating DMS with SAP core modules Experience working in ERP migration programs Strong documentation and testing capabilities ⭐ Meritorious Experience SAP ECTR SAP PLM Cloud SER Doxis4 SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) 🔐 Mandatory Requirements (Security Classified Assignment) This role requires SUA security approval (Nuclear classification). To qualify: You must be a Swedish citizen OR have lived and worked in Sweden for more than 5 years You must be employed directly by a Swedish supplier (no subcontractors) Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory Full compliance with IT security regulations is required 🎓 Background Solid SAP S/4HANA implementation experience Documented project experience within SAP ERP migration programs
