Senior Analyst - Environment

Bachelors degree in an environment-related subject, or in any subject with further qualification in an environment-related subject. Auditor qualification - Lead Auditor for ISO14001 framework. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. Demonstrable experience working with environment data. Proficiency in MS Office and web applications. Fluent spoken and written English (Arabic is an advantage). Ensure the implementation of environmental management systems as planned across the organisation. Collation, analysis and reporting of environmental data. Participation in internal and external audits of the environmental management systems. Undertake site-based inspections against relevant environmental procedures and performance criteria. Support the implementation of environmental strategy and programs across the organization. Support environment team in driving the implementation of the organizations environment strategy. Drive continual improvement in environmental performance through engagement with operational departments and business units. Support engagements with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the organizations profile in environmental performance. Ensure the correct implementation of protocols for environmental data collection, verification, analysis, monitoring and reporting. Support environment reporting in line with international and local standards and global best practices (e.g., GRI, ESG Guidance). Promote a positive culture of sustainability through communications and participation in initiatives and activities. Identify non-compliance with regulatory obligations, international standards, and internal HSSEQ procedures through periodic audits and inspections.
