Retention Manager

Our client is an established international iGaming and sports betting operator expanding rapidly in South Africa. With a newly launched Cape Town hub, they’re hiring senior, commercially driven talent to build high-performance teams in a highly regulated, competitive market. This role exists for one reason: to win and retain South African players. This is not a maintenance role. You won’t inherit old campaigns or follow a preset playbook. You will build, own, and evolve the South African retention strategy with full accountability for engagement, loyalty, and revenue across Sportsbook and Casino. The Opportunity Retention is where profitability is made in iGaming. In this role, you’ll own how players are incentivised, engaged, and retained, working closely with Marketing, Product, Sportsbook, Compliance, and Customer Support to deliver measurable commercial results — compliantly.
