Qualifications Minimum: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred: Professional registration Additional: Postgraduate qualification advantageous Experience Minimum 5 years in financial management or accounting Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Exposure to EPC / Renewable Energy industry preferred Proven ability to prepare and analyze management accounts Skills Financial reporting and management accounts preparation Budgeting and forecasting Team leadership and staff development Strong communication (written and verbal) Proficiency in Xero, MS Office Suite, and financial software Knowledge GAAP & IFRS standards Tax and compliance regulations Internal controls and risk management Industry-specific financial practices (EPC / Renewable Energy) Personal Characteristics Detail-oriented and organized Analytical and proactive Professional and ethical Strong leadership style Process-driven mindset
