About the Role Were a growing landscaping and home services company looking for an experienced Remote Sales Manager to lead our inbound sales process, close deals, and help build scalable sales systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys closing, coaching, and improving sales performance — all from a remote environment. What Youll Do Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from customers Schedule and confirm service appointments Update calendars and job schedules Follow up with customers on estimates and service requests Provide professional, friendly customer support Keep accurate notes and customer records What Were Looking For Must be located in the USA Customer service, call center, admin, or scheduling experience Clear and professional phone & written communication Strong organization and time-management skills Comfortable using basic computer tools (email, calendar, CRM)
