Role: Digital Content and Social Media Associate (BGC, Taguig | Onsite) Schedule: 100% Onsite (Tue–Sat) or Hybrid (Mon WFH, Tue–Fri Onsite) Shift: Fixed Night Shift (1 AM – 10 AM) or flexible windows within 11 PM – 1 PM PHT Objective: Enhance U.S. market presence through PR, strategic social media growth, and high-authority content creation. Key Duties: Manage and scale social media channels (X, Facebook, LinkedIn). Research and write long-form industry articles and owned media content. Daily monitoring and internal reporting of U.S. industry news and policy trends. Ad-hoc marketing, research, and communication support. Core Requirements: * Degree holder with native-level English fluency. 3+ years of professional English writing and social media strategy experience. Strong independent research skills and editorial accountability. Top Preferences: Proficiency in video/visual content production. Familiarity with U.S. healthcare, labor markets, or economic policy. Background in professional journalism or corporate communications.
