What youll do Support customers via phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues Provide professional, friendly customer service Take ownership of cases until full resolution Escalate complex issues when needed Ensure high customer satisfaction What were looking for Proficient or bilingual German (C1/C2) Advanced English (B2+) 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support Strong communication and listening skills Solution-oriented mindset Comfortable working on-site What we offer Full-time permanent contract (39h/week) Monday–Friday schedule (09:00–18:00) – weekends free!
