Senior Analytics Engineer

We’re Hiring: Senior Analytics Engineer 📍 Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia Fractory is transforming how manufacturing works. We’ve built an automated on-demand manufacturing platform that connects engineers and manufacturers across Europe. Customers upload drawings, receive instant quotes, and order parts online in minutes, not days. As we scale, data is critical. We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to own our data foundation, ensuring reliability, clarity, and automation across the business. If you want to sit at the centre of product, sales, and executive decision-making, this is your role. 🚀 The Role You will own three critical areas: Business Intelligence Develop dashboards, and beyond, you’ll tackle complex business problems head-on. Think building pricing models and algorithms that optimise pricing for volume manufacturing and order aggregation, or uncovering the levers that drive margin across thousands of unique parts. You’ll deliver analyses that give the company: Connected processes analytics Pricing and margin optimisation insights Operational performance tracking Customer behaviour intelligence Process Automation & Optimisation Replace manual, error-prone workflows with: Automated pipelines Scheduled reporting Alerting systems Machine learning solutions Data Management Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across: BigQuery Salesforce Internal systems You’ll establish modeling standards, governance practices, and ensure our data is trustworthy and scalable. Your work directly improves time-to-market and operational efficiency.
