Senior QA Automation Engineer

Senior QA Automation Engineer Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week on-site (Bucharest) Contract Type: B2B We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using Tosca, Java, and Selenium . Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Tosca and Selenium (Java) Develop reusable, scalable automation scripts for UI, API, and integration testing Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to define test strategies Analyze requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices Continuously improve test coverage and test efficiency. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing Strong hands-on experience with Tosca Solid programming skills in Java Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.) Knowledge of test design techniques and QA methodologies Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.) Very good English skills. Nice to Have: Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) ISTQB certification or equivalent Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
