Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative Braga, Portugal Remote from Portugal We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team. This is a fully remote position within Portugal , open to candidates based anywhere in the country. No visa sponsorship provided, E U ID or valid Portuguese work permit is required Your Role Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service Work in line with company procedures and service standards Work Schedule Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00 Days off: Saturday & Sunday Salary & Compensation Base salary: 1,500€ gross × 14 months Bonus: 80€ × 11 months Benefits Meal allowance per working day Health insurance from day 1 (monthly employee contribution required, fully free after 6 months of contract) Requirements C2 or C1 level of Danish Good command of English for internal communication Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills Must be based in Portugal EU ID or valid Portuguese work permit is required No visa sponsorship provided Work Model Remote – only from Portugal If youre interested and meet the requirements, feel free to apply and well be happy to share more details These are not the only available positions.
