This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of an entire market — driving commercial performance, operational excellence and long-term growth across multiple studios. This is not a single-site leadership role. This is full country accountability. The Opportunity You’ll lead the US business, translating global strategy into local execution and ensuring every studio performs commercially, operationally and culturally at the highest level. With full autonomy and support from central teams, you will shape growth, build partnerships and develop exceptional people. You’ll be responsible for: • Country P&L ownership • Multi-site operational leadership • Revenue growth and performance delivery • Senior stakeholder relationships • B2B and corporate partnerships • Team leadership and talent development Key Responsibilities • Create and execute the US growth strategy • Set KPIs and performance standards across all studios • Drive revenue, profitability and operational efficiency • Lead, coach and develop managers and trainers • Strengthen brand presence through partnerships and events • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, HR and Operations • Act as the senior leader and ambassador for the US market About You You might currently be: • A Country Manager or Regional Director in fitness, wellness or hospitality • A multi-site operations leader in a premium or consumer brand • A commercially driven leader with strong P&L ownership • Or an entrepreneurial operator ready for full market responsibility You’ll likely bring: • Proven multi-site leadership experience • Strong commercial and analytical capability • High emotional intelligence • Confidence influencing at senior level • A passion for health, fitness and performance • A proactive, ownership mindset The Package • $170,000–$200,000 base salary • Performance bonus (25 %) • Senior leadership exposure • National responsibility and autonomy • Significant growth opportunity 25 days PTO plus public holidays Apply Now For a confidential conversation about this opportunity, contact Love Recruitment International.
