Upwork Outbound Specialist (Onsite, PKR Salary, Lahore)

Requirements: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and outbound lead generation. Strong experience bidding on engineering and software development projects. Proven experience handling multiple tech stacks, including MERN, AI/ML, and custom software development. Strong understanding of client requirements and project scoping in web, AI, and software domains. Experience writing customized proposals and responding to client queries. Ability to identify high-quality leads and convert opportunities into meetings. Good understanding of pricing models, project estimation, and engagement models. Excellent written communication and client handling skills. Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation is a plus. Self-driven with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills. Responsibilities: Identify and bid on relevant engineering and development projects on Upwork. Write tailored proposals for MERN, AI/ML, and software development opportunities. Understand client requirements and align solutions with business needs. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales/technical team. Manage Upwork profile performance, response rate, and bidding strategy. Track bidding activities, conversions, and pipeline progress. Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and project scope. Conduct LinkedIn outreach and outbound lead generation (when required). Maintain strong client communication and relationship building.
