Role Summary The Virtual Customer Support Specialist provides professional support to clients by assisting with travel research, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all booking details are accurate and complete. This fully remote role focuses on customer service excellence, booking coordination, and administrative accuracy. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others and are comfortable working independently in a virtual environment. Training and ongoing support are provided.
