Location Umhlanga – On-site Languages German (B2–C2) + English (working proficiency) Role Overview You'll support German-speaking customers via phone and digital channels, assisting with orders, deliveries, account questions, and general product-related inquiries. Training is provided, and you'll work within a well-established, professional support operation.
