Delivery Manager

Our client is seeking a Deliver Manager to join their team. The Delivery Manager is a senior role which reports directly to the CGM and is responsible for ensuring effective delivery of solutions and projects to the company's customers. He will manage a team of projects managers and technical delivery engineers. Key Responsibilities: The Delivery Manager is providing Post-Sales/Operational governance of the end-to-end services and business solutions delivered to customers. The candidate will be r esponsible for the overall post-sales and project delivery of the infrastructure solutions division and software division including the following tasks: but is not limited to: Manage and oversee the delivery of all contracted projects to the company. Requires the ability to provide accurate forecasting on invoicing of projects and secure sign-off. Accelerate project delivery timelines by optimizing utilization and proper allocation of resources. Manage day-to-day business operation for the delivery team. Develop and maintain resources, skills requirements needs and career development plans for technical delivery team. Manage projects cycle Maintain delivery dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting to internal and client stakeholders. Ensure quality delivery of project and works towards maximizing customer satisfaction Ensure that the company tools, information systems and processes are utilized correctly, and relevant information is provided Manage and optimize cost of delivery. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer engineering / computer science, MBA (optional/added advantage) 7+ years of experience in a similar capacity Minimum of 10+ years experience in a similar operations role. Experience in roles associated with IT System Integrators or organizations delivering services and products are an advantage. Proven records of delivering big-projects
