Service Technician – Hydraulic Machinery (Direct Hire) Acton, MA | Full-Time | On-Site | 20% Travel (North America & Canada) We are hiring a Service Technician to join a growing manufacturing company in Acton, MA. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for a hands-on technician with strong experience in hydraulic machinery , troubleshooting, and customer support. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of hydraulic machines Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and technical issues Provide on-site and remote customer service and technical support Lead installation, testing, and repair projects in coordination with the technical team Support customers via phone, email, and on-site visits Travel up to 20% annually for training, installations, and customer support Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Training availability preferred: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Requirements (Must-Have) 3+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Mechanical Technician Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems Ability to travel internationally up to 20% per year Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary + bonus potential Health Insurance PTO, Paid Sick Leave & Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match Career growth and long-term stability
