Qualifications & Key Traits Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, payroll, or workforce solutions. Strong track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets. Hunter & Closer mentality with a passion for winning new business. Strategic seller who can balance high-volume prospecting with focused selling. High emotional intelligence; able to connect with HR leaders, business owners, and executives.
