Fully Remote Systems Administrator

Our client, operating in Affiliate Marketing for Online Casino and Sports Betting, is currently looking for a Fully Remote Systems Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day access and act as the first line of IT support within the company. This role is being offered on a B2B basis and has a salary of up to €32K depending on experience. Role & Responsibilities Oversee user access across key systems, including Google Workspace, Monday.com, Google Drive, Slack, 1Password, and other SaaS platforms Manage the full lifecycle of onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors Maintain and audit role-based access and permissions to ensure security and compliance Serve as the primary contact for system-related bugs or technical issue Troubleshoot and resolve common access, permission, and configuration challenges Record issues, solutions, and recurring problems for future reference Escalate complex or unresolved issues to internal or external technical teams Keep system documentation, access procedures, and workflows up to date Proactively identify improvements to enhance system reliability, security, and internal processes Education, Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills in English at a C2/Native level both written and spoken Proven experience in managing SaaS tools Solid knowledge of access management, user permissions, and fundamental security best practices Previous experience with identity and access management tools is a plus Familiarity with ticketing systems or similar Basic understanding of networking and cloud environments Service-oriented mindset with the ability to tackle troubleshooting and technical issues independently Organised with a keen eye for detail Able to work with a fully remote team About the role B2B contract – candidates must be willing to work in the CET time zone Salary of up to €32K with a yearly salary review On-the-job training 20 days paid leave plus your country’s public holidays Team building events Apply with your detailed CV. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
