Senior SAP EAM / PM Test Specialist

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP EAM/PM Test Specialist to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and modernization initiatives within an enterprise IT environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and business readiness of Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance processes , working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams. This role requires both hands-on testing expertise and strong functional understanding of SAP maintenance processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute end-to-end testing for SAP EAM / PM processes Validate business-critical work order and maintenance flows Support S/4HANA implementation and migration activities Test SAP Fiori apps and modern user interfaces Perform integration and cross-system testing Create and maintain test plans, scenarios, and documentation Manage defects and ensure resolution with development teams Collaborate closely with business users during UAT phases Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices Work within Agile/Scrum delivery teams Required Experience & Skills Must-have 10+ years of SAP testing experience (hands-on) Strong expertise in SAP EAM / SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Deep knowledge of work order lifecycle and maintenance processes Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations SAP Fiori testing experience Strong understanding of integration testing across SAP and external systems Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Fluent Swedish and English Nice-to-have SAP MM process knowledge Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar test management tools Experience in asset-intensive industries (energy, utilities, manufacturing, infrastructure) Test automation exposure Profile We believe you are: A senior, self-driven tester with strong ownership Comfortable working independently and advising stakeholders Structured, analytical, and quality-focused Strong communicator between business and technical teams Used to complex enterprise landscapes What You’ll Impact Improve system reliability and quality during transformation Reduce production risks during go-live Ensure business-critical maintenance processes run smoothly Enable successful adoption of S/4HANA
