Business Developer/Sales new accounts – Power Conversion Solutions

KraftPowercon develops advanced industrial power solutions used in renewable energy applications and demanding industrial environments. Our portfolio includes galvanically isolated DC/DC converters and Motor Drive Solutions that support reliable, efficient and sustainable power conversion for multinational customers. We are now looking for a Business Developer to drive growth within the renewable energy sector and expand our global customer base. Role Overview In this position, you will identify new applications, create business opportunities and develop strong relationships with multinational customers. You will work closely with Product Management and Sales and play an important role in shaping our global market development. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales plans for Motor Drive Solutions and DCKraft product. Identify new customer segments and opportunities within renewable energy. Engage multinational customers and manage the full sales process. Prepare technical and commercial proposals and present value‑based solutions. Collaborate with Product Management to support product and market development. Qualifications Technical or commercial degree — preferably electrical engineering. Experience from B2B industrial or technical sales. Strong sales‑hunter mindset with the ability to open new accounts. Comfortable working with multinational customers and international markets.
